We begin with deep listening and observation as you communicate your initial idea and lay out the context of your creative work. This listening takes place on a number of different levels; there are many wavelengths to discern, both verbal and nonverbal — like a variety of colors along a spectrum. Those colors can often be quite muddled on your palette. (It’s normal.)
