We work with you because you care about seeing your project through to completion — that is your bottom line. Of course, compensation is a part of the picture. There must be a fair exchange for the work that is completed.
While no two projects are the same, 3W begins with standard rates for different project types. Ultimately, we structure our fees around the scope of your project and what your needs happen to be.
Starting Out: The Assessment Module
With all new clients, 3W begins with a sequence of three meetings in which we assess your needs, strengths, and overarching goals, and then forecast the scope of the project. At the end of this three-session module, you will receive a detailed assessment of your project as well as a phased proposal for partnering with 3W.
Joining the Team
Our work with clients, after the assessment module, usually lasts no fewer than three months. Longer projects can span multiple years. We organize each project into several phases, and clients submit payment for each phase as it commences:
- Developing a detailed vision for the project, which includes tapping into your imagination and full range of personal strengths, is the core of the work we do with all clients.
- We then work with most clients to build a step-by-step plan for implementation, while teaching skills for strategic planning as well as following the creative process.
- Some clients also stay on with 3W for training in areas like public speaking, use of Active Imagination, interviewing, or overcoming personal obstacles.
Setting you up for Success
Our goal for you is that, using the skills that you have developed through our work together, you will not only realize your vision, but take full ownership of the project and sustain it as it evolves in time to come. We configure our fees accordingly.
