Our Commitment to Client Anonymity
We preserve the anonymity of all 3W clients because, from beginning to end, your project belongs entirely to you. 3W makes no claim of ownership during or after our collaboration. Our role is simply to help you bring out the best in yourself in order to produce your best work. Accordingly, we do not provide the real names of past clients on our testimonials.
Past Projects
We have consulted with clients across working sectors on a wide range of projects. These include redesigning a symphony orchestra’s seasonal program during COVID; developing a media narrative, interviewing manual, and public speaking training regimen for the founder of a self-sustaining luxury resort; and forming the mission, vision, values, and 5-year implementation plan for a philanthropic family foundation in the arts.
What Clients Say About Our Work
“The thing that blew my mind about working with 3W was that it brought out a side of me that I didn’t even know was there. Consulting with them wasn’t just about my startup. It was about personal growth, which is really what I needed to make my company successful.”
“I have trained my whole life, pushing myself to be the best at what I do. But 3W made me look at my job in an entirely different way. I learned how to put myself into the shoes of our audience so that I could truly feel what they would experience when we performed. Now I no longer get stuck in my head when I work… I come from the heart.”
“Sometimes it felt like Peggy, Tere, and Nick could literally read my mind. They were always able to put words to everything I was imagining, even when it wasn’t clear to me. What I came out with from my time with 3W was everything that I had gone in with — except that it was clear, organized, and all laid out in a plan of action that I could easily follow.”
“What I really appreciated about working with 3W was how easily they were able to grasp the situation I was dealing with in my new position…Sometimes it felt like they understood the organization better than I did. I began to understand the dynamics of groups, especially in terms of people’s motivations and hidden agendas. When I came to 3W, I was playing checkers. I left playing 4-dimensional chess.”
